Effective January 1, 2004 the following changes will occur: All members who own or operate underground facilities will be considered a voting member.There will no longer be a minimum annual fee. Members will pay a per ticket charge for every locate requests we transmit to them The "Per Ticket" fee will be $.90 for 2005All new members will be charged a one time registration fee of $200.00 for the first county that they have facilities in, any additional counties will be $50.00 per county. This new rate structure will spread the cost of operating the center among those who benefit the most from membership.To reduce the number of locate requests that we send to our members we utilize a Polygon based mapping system to identify exactly where our members facilities reside within the Township. We are currently mapping over 98% of all of the incoming locates Statewide, rural percentages are even higher. Members have access to their mapping data via the Internet and by utilizing our on-line mapping tools you can update your coverage areas from anywhere you have internet access.You may download a membership agreement.
