Web Ticket Entry Training:
All users must sign a Web Ticket Entry Users Agreement and be trained on the use of the program by an IUPPS Web Ticket Entry Trainer. Users must follow all ticket parameter guidelines set forth in the IUPPS Contractor Handbook’s, “Preparing a locate request” section when entering Tickets via the IUPPS Web Ticket Entry program. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the locate request, and termination of Web Ticket Entry privileges. The web ticket entry program is designed for those who are making multiple locate requests on a daily or weekly basis year round, including those who may only make multiple requests during the busy seasons such as spring and summer.
